TOONKIDZ opened its first store in North India Grand opening this Sunday 02.08.09 at The Great India Place Mall Toon kidz, a national retail chain that offers branded children products priced from Rs50/-, celebrated the grand opening of its Noida Store. The Bangalore -based chain, which operates stores throughout south India, opened the doors to its first North India store. Featuring a wide range of apparels, sleepwear, inner wear, toys, games, stationery, books, bags and PC Games for children, Toon kidz also has a line of children’s clothing as a part of character licensing business. Toon kidz has an agreement with Cartoon Network, Pogo and Spacetoons, whereby they can make use of some of their famous cartoon characters in their apparel.
There was a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Sunday for the showroom launch. "Toon kidz has reinvented for today's iPod generation, in a hip and fun environment," explained Parijat Luthra and Rahul Sethi, Partners in this retail franchise operated by Kaizen Global Services. They have decided to fill the vacant space of branded children clothing with bringing Toon Kidz to town. Their company Kaizen Global services have plans to open several stores in NCR and other parts of North India. Parijat and Rahul bring a strong combination of Local and Global business experience and backgrounds in Retail, Restaurants, Real Estate and Healthcare.
